Downgrade from beaTunes 4 to beaTunes 3

If you have upgraded to beaTunes 4, but then decided that you'd rather stay with beaTunes 3, please follow the steps below:

• Stop beaTunes
• On OS X open Finder and go to /Users/YOUR_USER_NAME/Library/Application Support/beaTunes/ (you may have to use Go to Folder... from Finder's Go menu, as Finder hides Library from you)
• On Windows open File Explorer and go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\tagtraum industries\beaTunes
• Delete the directory Database, as it contains the beaTunes 4 database
• Duplicate/copy the directory Database Backup Unknown Version (this is the backup of the beaTunes 3 database) and change the duplicates' name to Database
• Start beaTunes 3 (if you don't have it anymore, download and install from here)
