Keep Music Folder Organised

2. Hello, thanks for the app, it's great. However, one of the reasons I got it was to organise my music folder easier. It has done a. great job of doing it within the app but what I was after is it transferring that information to the file itself. For example; iTunes does this by selecting 'Keep my music folder organised' in the preferences and it transfers the acquired mp3 metadata to the file. Please could you tell me if there is a way of doing this in Beatunes or could you implement it? Many thanks

    Hey Kevin,

    sounds like you would like beaTunes to keep your folder structure and file names in sync with your id3 (or whatever) tags.

    That's a very reasonable request. I have always liked that iTunes feature. I put it on the list of things to do for future versions.

    Just to be clear: Please don't take this as a promise.

    It just means, I like the idea and hope that I will get to implement this. Unfortunately, there are always time and money constraints.
