Song matching: "Similar but faster" / "Similar but slower"

How about adding a rule that allows definition of the BPM range relative to the selected track. E.g. BPM between -10 and -5 BPM of currently selected track ?

    Hey Moritz,

thanks for the suggestion. For efficiency reason, I currently cannot implement such a rule. Here's why:

While it would work nicely in the scenario you describe (matching song pane), it won't work so nicely in the MatchList scenario. There, beaTunes has to find many songs for a seed song to create a playlist. It wouldn't make much sense to fill a whole list with slightly faster/slower tracks as the seed song. It would be better to start with a song and then progressively get slower, that is add a track to the new playlist, then query the database for a slightly slower song, add it, and so forth. This would lead to many (inefficient) database queries.
