Apple Lossless
Hello, I am in the process of ripping my library to ALAC (Apple Lossless). Does beatunes work with this format? All files are unprotected.

The admittedly rather imprecise answer is, it should.
On OS X beaTunes uses CoreAudio to decode files, so beaTunes can handle pretty much anything CoreAudio can handle - plus it uses QTKit as a fallback.
On Windows QuickTime is used.
