My license was not recognized by the system for upgrade from 4 to version 5. My v4 reg key is MTU3-CPMM-UTMK-H3DD and email [email blocked].
Can you help me upgrade?

as far as I can tell, you own a beaTunes 3 license, not a 4 license.
