Frankly, I have a very low opinion of MacKeeper, mostly because of their super-agrressive marketing. But other people have even called it malware. Just google it.

Regarding that file, I have no idea what you have on your computer. But it's very unlikely that the file was infected, when you downloaded it from our website.

    So what to do?

Contact MacKeeper support and ask for advice (the screenshot does not say anything about the nature of the issue) or install a trustworthy anti-virus package and re-run the scan.

    But that's just my 2c.

I received this virus detection from Panda Security when downloading the file beaTunes-5-0-2-x64.exe from https://www.beatunes.com/en/download-x86_64-win.html . I attached the initial screenshot. Any ideas?

I'm reasonable certain it's a false alarm. But please feel free to contact Panda security to get details and confirmation. Better safe than sorry.
