The keys have a small circle color in front of them.

Which is better to match on that color or the letter.

Abm and Ebm have a light greenish circle for example.

Does that mean they are close than A and Abm are?

    The color more or less corresponds to the colors used in http://www.harmonic-mixing.com/Images/camelotHarmonicMixing.jpg
    So in essence there is a 1:1 relationship between color and letter.
    Also, the little clock hand, also corresponds to the Camelot wheel.
