Batch-remove Tag

Hi Hendrik

I’m still very much enjoying the beaTunes software. I use it on a daily basis.

I was wondering if beaTunes provides an option to simply remove a Tag from the entire library.

Let’s say I have 10 albums. All of them have the tag “music”. But only 5 have the tag “metal”.

Currently, if I want to batch-remove the tag “music” from the library, I have to first select the albums that have *only* that tag and remove it, and then select the other albums that also have the “metal” tag and then remove the “music” tag from there. I don’t seem to be able to just select ALL the albums that have the “music” tag and then delete only that tag, regardless of any other attached tags across that selection.

Or am I missing something? Is there a Tag menu where I can just delete a tag regardless of having to select the albums having that tag?

I’m on Apple MacBook Pro.
Thanks for your reply.

Sincerely
