Beatunes, Replaygain, and Music Videos

So I've noticed that Beatunes can calculate the Replaygain values for Music Videos, and it does it very well—however it doesn't seem to write the tag to the video file, is this a bug?

FWIW, although iTunes won't read those values, my idea is to use Ffmpeg to then adjust the gain on the file itself from the tag: "ffmpeg -i input.mp4 -c:v copy -af volume=replaygain=track output.mp4" ...it works if you manually insert a value into REPLAYGAIN_TRACK_GAIN with Mp3tag etc. So if I could get Beatunes to actually write the tags all would be well.

Not really. It's a known limitation.

While reading audio from video files is easy (either via CoreAudio or FFmpeg), writing tags to video files is unfortunately not supported by the tagging library beaTunes uses (JAudioTagger).
