Hello, and thank you for taking the time to review my question!

I am trying to import the ratings from my iTunes library into BeaTunes so that I can use the ratings (I have rated all the songs in my library) in order to make lists. What do I do to make this occur? I wasn't able to determine if a previous user had had this same issue when I searched. I am using a fully patched version of Win 10 and BeaTunes 5.2.19.

    Hey Joe,

Are you using a folder-based or an iTunes-based library?
Please see here, if you are unaware of the difference.

    Hi Hendrik,

I forgot to mention that this is an itunes library. (I think). The full path to it on my pc is c:\users\Joe\Music\iTunes\iTunesMedia\Music. Is this path "nested" in a way that BeaTunes isn't recognizing it since it's not from the root of the drive? (C:\iTunes\etc). I'm actually a retired Unix SysAdmin with a bit of Windows support thrown in so I should be able to follow directions, lol. My main concern is that my library has a few thousand albums that took me literally years to rate EVERY song in it. I'm VERY concerned that no matter what I don't lose those ratings I've done. Is the COM not working because I used a non-standard path?
