cannot import itunes library on windows

Hi,

I am a big fan of beatunes and using it on my Mac succesfully. However when I download the trial version on Windows based laptop it does not import my iTunes library. when I try to import the library it gives the below error message. could you please help me to solve the problem before buying a licence.

    Hi Gorey,

    I have not seen this problem before - could you please send me your logs? http://help.beatunes.com/faqs/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatune... tells you where they are.

    Also, please attach a zipped version of your iTunes Music Library.xml file.
