does analyse work with free trial version

Hi,

i just found your Website and wanted to try it out and followed the steps mentioned on http://www.beatunes.com/itunes-track-identification.html

I selected one song and after hitting analyse nothing happens. Is the feature disabled in the free trial?

    Hi,

    no, this feature is not disabled in the trial.
    Does really nothing at all happen? No dialog, nothing?

    nothing at all, same result as pressing cancel instead of analyze :(

    Hi!

    Die Logs zeigen, dass alles wie gewuenscht funktioniert.
    Zum Beispiel "Helmut K." von den Aerzten.
    BeaTunes hat das Genre auf "Rock" gesetzt, die Tracknummer auf 11 und das Jahr auf 1987.

    Vielleicht werden die Aenderungen nur in beaTunes nicht korrekt angezeigt - in iTunes sollten sie aber unmittelbar zu sehen sein.

    Hi,

    ja, wenn ich auf Überschreiben der vorhanden Werte gehe, dann klappt jetzt auch alles, wobei ich mit den Genres noch nicht glücklich bin, weil er da halt Sean Paul als electronic und Die Ärzte als Rock kennzeichnet... Aber das liegt an der Datenqualität und nicht an Eurem Produkt ;)

    Ja, das sind leider MusicIP's Daten (nicht unsere) und bei Genres sind
    sich die Menschen ja ohnehin oft uneinig...

    Hi Hendrik,

    so jetzt hat mich die Trial soweit überzeugt, hab mir die Vollversion geholt und lauf schon ins erste Problem rein:

    Inspektion der Mediathek, ich wähle gefühlte 100 Songs an, um die CD-Nummer entfernen zu lassen. Dann mach ich Lösungen anwenden und dann kommt obiger Status und nix geht mehr... Man kan beatunes nur noch über Prozess sofort beenden killen. :(

    Nur das bealog ist von heute:

    beaTunes scheint beim Reden mit iTunes zu haengen. Falls irgendwelche iTunes Dialoge offen sind, muessen die geschlossen werden..

    Davon ab, bitte immer das gesamte Log-Verzeichnis zippen - da gibt's halt noch mehr Sachen, die ich sonst evtl. uebersehen und gezippt ist es halt auch kleiner, da sich diese Text-Dateien sehr gut zippen lassen.
