empty playlists
I'm sure I'm doing something wrong... I select several songs of a similar color in beaTunes and then choose Create Playlist from Selection. I give the playlist a name. Then when I'm in iTunes, I see the playlist, but it's empty. When i go to beaTunes, same thing - the playlist is there but no songs.
Am I doing something incorrectly?

Hi Clayton,
most likely you are doing everything right...
Which version of beaTunes are you using?
On what operating system?
Thanks,
-hendrik

I'm using beaTunes 2.1.7 on Vista Home Premium

Thanks for the info. Can you please reproduce the issue, shut down beaTunes and then send me a zip file of your log directory?
Thanks!

Sadly, Hendrick, the beaTunes.log file is a zero byte file. Apparently, it's not being written to...

There are two beaTunes log files and one of the is empty - it's the
other one I'm interested in.
Please take another look at the FAQ entry to find the correct path to
the log files.
Thanks!

Hi Clayton,
thanks for the logs. I played around with this one for a little while and it seems that this problem occurs when the selected files does not exist anymore (perhaps just one not existing file is sufficient), i.e. the file cannot be found.
To verify this, can you please try the same with just one file that you are certain still exists on your system?
Thanks,
-hendrik
