Beatunes hanging whilst searching for matching songs

Hi

My Beatunes is running in Windows 7 and when I search for matching tunes, on the third or forth search it just hangs and does nothing. I have rebooted it and it still occurs.. any ideas please?

if you experienced a crash or other abnormal behavior, you might want to attach log files from C:\Users\Paul Cherry\AppData\Local\tagtraum industries\beaTunes\logs

   Hi,

   any chance you can reproduce the problem, stop beaTunes and then zip up the entire log directory and send it to me?

   Just to let you know that Beatunes hanging during search, seems to have
   stopped lately since I downloaded the newest version of Java, so will keep
   an eye on it and let you know if it starts again.

   I was going to ask, when shut down Beatunes properly and then re-start it,
   it tells me that the database is still locked due to the program not being
   shut down properly, any solution for this?

   no, no real solution to this, but alway try to NOT unlock it first, as it takes way less time.
