Hi.

I am trying to install the KeyToGrouping plug-in, but I cannot seem to get it to work. I have dropped it in the correct folder in my OS X library, but the grouping tab in iTunes is empty. I have closed and re-opened both iTunes and Beatunes and nothing has changed.

Is there something else I need to do here? I really want this information to display in iTunes.

I am running Beatunes 2.0.11 on a PowerPC Mac.

Thanks,
Ben

    Hi,

the current versions of any plugins don't work with 2.0 anymore, older
    version might work.
In any case, I'd recommend to at least update to 2.0.19

I updated to 2.0.19, but I can't tell which version of KeyToGrouping Plug-in will work with it. Can you provide a link to older versions or even better, the correct version?

    Thanks,
    Ben

Hmmm...for some reason, it's still not working. I used that version of KeyToGrouping you linked to, dropped it in my plug-in folder, and it still does not update the grouping column in iTunes.

I hate to be a pest, but is there something else that we might not be considering?

    Thanks for all the help!

    Hi Ben:

Just by dropping the plugin, it does not update anything...
The plugin adds an analysis task to the analysis options dialog.
You still need to run that task for the songs in question to actually
    copy the information.

    Hope this helps,
