i paid for upgrade - how do I get it to download and/or work!!!

I paid for the upgrade - how does this download so I can use it???

    i am not a techy - how do I install this - who do i call (not a computer)!!!

    Hi,

    you can download the software from http://www.beatunes.com/beatunes-download.html
    Even though it says 'trial', this becomes the full version as soon as you enter the registration key as described in the registration email.
