i can't get into my beatunes. i get an error message that says
it is locked. i've tried answering yes several times, and tried
answering no several times. not change or access regardless. do i
need to uninstall and reinstall? (also sent crash reports each time
i tried to use it)

Do you see any other error message?
In either case, please send me your logs. There is an Faq entry in
this forum, which describes where to find them.
