beatunes appears to be "Locked"

i can't get into my beatunes. i get an error message that says it is locked. i've tried answering yes several times, and tried answering no several times. not change or access regardless. do i need to uninstall and reinstall? (also sent crash reports each time i tried to use it)

    and beatunes 2.1.4.
