I got this error message during analysis.....
What is the next step and/or how should I uninstall the program
and related system files for it; so that I can reinstall?
BTW - just updated from 2.1.4 and everything was fine until I
updated the program

forgot to add some log files for you to take a look at....
also found a stay process on the jabberd in the system log. Not
sure if it's related but currently looking into this issue also

this is a known problem that stems from old plugins. Please
update all your plugins to their latest versions - they are posted
somewhere in the news blog.
