Hi I'm having problems with beatunes just randomly shutting down immediately or after a few minutes. In the log folder there is only a blank page. When I start it back up I get a message saying that the database is locked, and would I like to unlock it. Please help its driving me crazy. I'm using windows 7 on a laptop with 4 gigs of ram and a dual core processor

    Hi,

what do you do with beaTunes when it shuts down? Run any analysis?
BTW, the location of the logs is described at http://help.beatunes.com/faqs/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatune... - you were probably not looking in the right spot (even though there is a second location that is simply empty).

So far it happens when analyzing songs. It doesn't seem to matter if its one song or a lot I queue

    Hi,

please send me the content of your logs folder (http://help.beatunes.com/faqs/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatune... - please zip the entire folder) so we might be able to narrow this down.

Did beaTunes ever offer to send crash logs to us?

    Thanks,

    -hendrik
