Application won't accept license key

I purchased your application, copied and pasted the license information on register page but the application won't accept the said key stating that it doesn't match my name or my email. Please help

* JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM
* Version: 11.0.24+9-LTS
* Vendor: BellSoft
* OS: Windows 10 10.0, amd64
* Library: FileSystem
* Memory: 92m - 640m
