Connection to server

Hi,

I keep getting this message when I try to analyze songs - "A server error occurred. Please try again later." - which I did, still nothing changes. Does this problem have to do with my computer ?

Also, the BMP rate aren't always correct - I know I'm completely musicly inept - but isn't actually possible for a song to have 10309 BMP ?? Or even -1 like a few of my songs.

   Hi Margret,

   if you are getting that error message, you have checked one or
   multiple "use online resources" checkboxes in the analysis options.

   Basically you asked beaTunes to first try to look up the data you
   desire instead of calculating it.

   For some reason this lookup may fail occasionally.

   To avoid the error message and to always calculate values yourself,
   you must uncheck those "use online resources" checkboxes.

   Regarding accuracy - the values aren't always right, that's
   unfortunately the nature of the beast.
