I have the latest version of beaTunes and the program isn't analyzing &syncriizing my recently added songs in my library. It said it would take 21 weeks to complete
* beaTunes: 5.2.35
* JVM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM
* Version: 11.0.24+9-LTS
* Vendor: BellSoft
* OS: Mac OS X 15.0.1, x86_64
* Library: Music.app
* Memory: 92m - 2048m
* Registered as: WILLIAM K FISHER JR

   is it doing nothing? Or just stuck somehow?

   It said it would take 21 weeks to complete

   I guess this is analysis?

   Since I updated my iMac to Sequoia 15.0.1 BeaTunes doesn’t analyze my recently added songs in my music library. I was going to erase all the data in BeaTunes and start over but I think it would take forever. I have 34,000 songs in my library.What can I do to have BeaTunes to analyze my recently added songs?

   Does that mean recently added sing do not show up at all in beaTunes or that beaTunes does not offer to analyze them (i.e. explicitly list them)?

   Did you try to restart beaTunes and then initiate synchronization via File -> Synchronize?

   Yes… Recently added songs does not show up in BeaTunes at all. What do I need to do so that my recently added songs will show up in BeaTunes. As I’m sending this email, BeaTunes is analyzing my entire music library. I started it yesterday afternoon 34,000 songs and there’s 25,900 to go and it’s saying 2 hours left to complete. I don’t know if BeaTunes will also analyze my recently added songs. I don’t want to interrupt the analyzation process and I’m going to workout I’ll come back to see the progress in 3 hours.

    I got home from work 1:10 pm Friday 10/11/24 and now it’s saying 21554 items 1,683.7 weeks ETA: Jan 12, 2057. I want to laugh but I can’t. Can you tell me what I need to do ?

    I restarted BeaTunes went to file schronization got an error message saying Synchronization was aborted Music.app library not loaded yet. Please try to synchronize later

    Can you tell me what I need to do?

    How long analysis will take depends on a large number of factors:
    - disk speed - computer speed - which tasks you chose

    The best advice I can give is to never ask beaTunes to analyze something that you are not interested in.

    Synchronization was aborted Music.app library not loaded yet. Please try to synchronize later

    I looked as per directions and I didn’t see a file under Java “casampledsp-complete-0.9.23.jar to casampledsp-complete 0.9.23.jar_. What should I do ?
    Right click on beaTunes5 and choose Show package contents from the context menu
    Navigate to Contents/Java
    Delete or rename the file casampledsp-complete-0.9.23.jar to casampledsp-complete-0.9.23.jar_

    I'm guessing the direction you are trying to follow are for beaTunes 5.2.34 (not 35) and Sequoia.
