Avoiding Beatunes to create duplicates files
I'm new to beatunes and I'm only using it to create playlist. I'm not interested in managing my music library. So every time I make a playlist and add tracks to it, it duplicates those files in new directories "artist" > "album" > "track" file. I've looked into the preference but couldn't find a way to avoid it.

How do you add the tracks to your playlist? Do you drag files from somewhere (like a USB stick) to the list?
If so, that's not how beaTunes works. beaTunes expects to manage your entire library, i.e. all tracks are contained in a folder and its subfolders. If that's the case, duplicates won't be created.
I understand that it is cumbersome, if that's not the case.
