I installed beatunes and it seemed to synchronize with my library fairly quickly, but now it is just frozen/not responding (spinning color wheel and all that). I have an more than 70,000 tracks in my iTunes library, and some of them are on volumes that are offline. I am wondering if I should just let it run - and if so how long - or if I should force quit.

    I should have said:
    beaTunes 2.1.1
    iTunes 9.0.3
Macintosh OSX 10.5.8 on a MacBook

    Hi,

sorry for the late reply... I suppose you probably let it run or killed it by now.
Let me ask you what you were doing with beaTunes - did you just start it up or did you perform an analysis or inspection?

Actually... in either case, please update to the latest version, i.e. 2.1.5 - it may fix the issue.
