Fatal Error

OS: Vista Home Premium (Service Pack 1)
beaTunes Version: 2.1.5 and 2.1.4

I had originally installed the 2.1.4 version and get the Fatal Error, so I decided to uninstall the current version and then installed the newer version. But I still got the same error. I've attached the logs and a print screen of the error.

Anything you can do to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
