Communication with itues fails

hello,
if tries this: c:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe /regserver
But this "regserver" is not on my pc. Can you help me?

   Hi,

   regserver is actually an option for iTunes.exe, not a program.

   Which version of beaTunes are you using?

   And you are still seeing an error message that asks you to execute that regserver command?

   If so, please let me know where your iTunes is installed?

   Maybe C:\Programme\iTunes\iTunes.exe ?
   If so, you would need to execute
   C:\Programme\iTunes\iTunes.exe /regserver

   my Itunes.exe is under C:\Program Files\ITunes\ITunes.exe

   Then you should be able to run

   "C:\Program Files\ITunes\ITunes.exe" /regserver from the command line prompt without problems.

   Can you try again?

   And - are you still seeing that error message?
   Are you on Vista or XP?

   I'm on vista. When i type the command i become error : "`"C:\Program
   Files\ITunes\ITunes.exe"" could not be found

   i have tried this command again and start beatunes. Itunes comes up -
   beatunes syncronsies with itunes bibliothek- but beatunes don't
   starts.

    OK.

    Could you please send me your logs?
    They are in c:\Users\(username)\.beaTunes\logs
    Please simply zip the whole folder before sending it.

    Well, beatunes starts with beatunes-icon - itunes starts up - beatunes icon
    ist still activ but nothing happens...

    my PC works the whole night + day. Bur Beatunes don't start up. I cancelled
    it and the task-Manager
    says "database Locked". So I think i will beatunes determin from my PC.

    that's odd. I'd suggest rebooting your computer and to try again to
    start it.

    And opening an "Eingabeaufforderung" and executing

    c:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunes.exe /regserver (note the space and the forward slash before regserver)

    does not work at all? Could you please send me a screenshot of what you typed in and what the errormessage is, should it fail?

    Also, please make sure to close all iTunes dialogs before starting beaTunes.

    accepted. then i start beatunes. itunes comes up
    und beatunes icon is on desktop bot the program don't works. Error "Database
    locked" (datenbank gesperrt)
