    Hi!

Do you see a beaTunes window at all or not?
In any case, please send me your logs.
They are in [userhome]/Library/logs/beaTunes - just zip the whole folder before sending.

    Thanks,

    Hi!

Do you see the playlist panel on the left? If not, the solution may be as simple as clicking slightly to the right of the left edge of the window and dragging it inwards, as if to enlarge a component by dragging.

    Kayhan,

please correct me, if I'm wrong, but to me, it very much looks like you are using a cracked copy of beaTunes or a fake key.

I suggest you purchase a legal key and download a copy fresh from our website. Perhaps that solves the problem.

To get rid of the fake key and to enter a legal one, you will first need to delete the file ~/Library/Preferences/com.tagtraum.beatunes.plist, then start beaTunes and enter the new key.
