Error Message when Adding iTunes Library

Hi there,

I'm currently trialling this software after a friend suggested it to me. I download the free version as a trial and when I go to add an iTunes based library it will load 60% of it and then it returns an error (see attached screen shot). Do you know the cause of this?

   Hi Brandon,

   this looks like COM communication between beaTunes and iTunes fails for some reason.

   I would try the following:

   • Re-install iTunes from Apple (not the Windows app store): https://www.apple.com/itunes/
   • Restart your computer
   • Start beaTunes, it will then automatically start iTunes. Do not start iTunes before beaTunes.
