fatal error
beaTunes crashes when loading, error message says to check to see ifbeaTunes is running in windows vista mde, if so change it to xp mode?????????????????????????????????????? HELP!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure to state which opperating system (xp,vista, OS X) and vershion of beatunes you are using and attach a zip archive of all log files from C:\documents and settings\my name\local settings\application data\tagtraum industries\beaTunes\logs if possible.
I am running XP and the latest vershion of beaTunes

I just read the email about you try to address this type of problam withen 24 hr, No need to try to fix this unless it is know, i will just call my credit card company and get a refund. r u kidding 24 hr, in todays world that is a life time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,

I'm working with Vista and running the latest beatunes version 2.1.12.

Hi Koen,
you are using an outdated version of beaTunes (2.0.12). Please update to the latest version (2.1.12) - the update is feee for you. If you are still experiencing any issues, please start a new support discussion.
