I hadn't used BeaTunes in about a month, and now recently when I've opened it, after a minute or two I keep getting the message that synchronization has aborted. I've included a screenshot. Is there a quick fix? Thank you. I love the app!

can you reproduce this? If so, please do so and upload your logs right afterwards. You can do so from within the app via Help -> Upload Logs.
