Microsoft blocks the download

Hi Guys, I'm using Windows 11 and just got a new laptop and moving BeaTunes to it. Microsoft is blocking the download. I've submitted the 'safe website' form to them twice. Still no joy. I'm trying to download it from this website. Any advice? Many thanks
