License code retrieval problems

Hi, I’m struggling to get my old license code that works. I’ve tried a version 4 to 5 which comes under [email blocked]. The problem is simply, I thought I had license codes under [email blocked] . It’s just getting the right license code.

    I am not sure I understand the issue. Have you managed to receive a license?
