i keep getting multiple errors when trying to open the app. i attached a photo of one of the errors i have gotten.

    Hi,

    it looks like you have installed a newer version of beaTunes and then attempted to go back to an older version (the one you are trying to use right now).

    Please check out http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/downgrade-from-beatunes... for help.
