only analyzes 4 songs

I am trying to analyze my entire library but it will only do 4 of 2500 songs. I have tried troubleshooting and can't seem to find anything to help. Using a MacBook Air, no external drive. Hoping you can assist since I paid $35 to get BPM and got 4 songs....

    Hi. I am using iTunes 12.8.3.1. My MacOS is High Sierra 10.13.6. beatunes 5.2

    do you see any error messages in the Analysis panel when you analyze your library?
