Cannot select all- the whole play iTunes playlist of carious artists, only the first song, then one by one

   I'm not sure I really understand what you are saying. Could you please re-phrase and provide more detailed information?

   Ok.I’ve had this 3 years and today is the first use.
   I have a playlist in iTunes of 33 songs.
   I cannot copy and drag this to Beatunes.
   What it does let me do is import playlist-music-iTunes-“the playlist”-song
   number 1 only.I cannot highlight all of the songs so that it will anylyze
   and sort all of the songs in that playlist.

   Hey Kevin,

   if you set beaTunes up to use an iTunes-based library, it will mirror what you have in iTunes. No need to drag anything from iTunes to beaTunes.

   So I highly recommend to create an iTunes-based collection in beaTunes and then synchronize (File -> Synchronize).

   I don't understand why you would want to drag all tracks of a playlist from iTunes to beaTunes when that same playlist already exists in beaTunes.
