genpuid crashes

Everytime i try to get the music puids under tools, it doesnt complete and genpuid quite unexpectedly and i get a jave i/o error. I am using :
osx 10.5.8
Beatunes 2.1.3

    Hi Clint,

    there seem to be ongoing problems with the MusicIP code. We're investigating them.

    Sorry that I can't be of any more help right now.

    I have contacted the people running MusicIP (AmplifiedMusicServices), but haven't heard back.

    Have you tried using the corresponding analysis task? Maybe that works better.

    I was told by an AmplifiedMusicServices/MusicIP rep, that they did have some trouble with their servers and that the problem is now solved.

    Perhaps that was the issue you were seeing.
