Unable to Analyze iTunes Playlist
XML sharing is enabled. I reinstalled the app. What next? It's just not doing anything.

Can you describe what exactly you are doing?
Is analysis perhaps paused and needs to be resumed?

I wouldn't be able to tell from the image. The status of the analysis queue is only visible in the analysis view, accessible by clicking on "Analysis" on the left edge of the window.
Have you started analysis somehow?
E.g., select a bunch of songs, then right-click on them and select "Analyze", then choose the kind of analysis you're interested in.

Hello again
Yes I selected the songs and analyzed and it sped through really fast
initially but now seems stuck. The Pause Analysis option is light grey and
unavailable.

I now note it's saying that the files haven't been downloaded (image
attached) but I when I try and use the download button on iTunes it just
seems to create folders with no files in them?

Are you using iTunes Match or Apple Music? Which one?
iTunes has a column that should reflect whether the track is locally available on your computer or not (iCloud status or so). It's probably a good idea to verify whether your files are locally stored or not. beaTunes can only operate on locally stored files.
