Hello
I wanted to test before purchase.On your website it says 1 week trial.I downloaded and installed but i get the message that trial period has expired.What can i do to test before purchase?

v5.x has actually been around a bunch of years now. Lots of free little updates...
Anyhow. I unfortunately cannot remotely restart a trial. What you can do however, is to simply purchase the app and ask for a full refund, if you don't like it. Our refund policy is pretty liberal (https://www.beatunes.com/beatunes-refund.html):

Thanks for responding.
I did what you said and bought the program.
My main reason for buying is to remove duplicates,but Beatunes doesn't report any.
This is wrong because i can see duplicates.Any tip?

To find acoustically identical tracks, first run the analysis on your entire library with just the fingerprint task turned on (turning all the other tasks off, will speed up analysis considerably). Then run the duplicates inspection again.

But when i try to delete the duplicates it works for a while and then i get this error(see pic)

Hey Kaj,
Thanks for the logs.
Apparently, beaTunes attempt to synchronize with the Music.app while it is very busy and does not react (within a time limit).
Please open the beaTunes general preferences and turn off automatic synchronization on window activation. To ensure that Music.app and beaTunes show the same, simply run File -> Synchronize every now and then.
That should solve the issue.

So i removed Beatunes an all folder and did a new installation.All seems well but i can't delet the duplicates.
Only choice i got i ignore this in the future?

Hey Kaj,
you have selected multiple issues at once (the whole issue list is blue). When you do so, beaTunes only offers solutions it can apply to all issues without user interaction. But for duplicate deletion, user interaction is always required, which results in what you see.
Try instead to only select a single issue at once and more reasonable choices will be offered.

2700 duplicates that's 5400 clicks on my touchpad...

You could try a couple of issues at a time, to see whether beaTunes offers sensible solutions. Sometimes, if the kind of duplicates is very similar, that may also work.
