Playlist are empty after relocating songs folders

Hey Im making playlist in beatunes and after changing songs folders the playlists are loosing the songs.

the songs are staying under the main directory of ll the music, and i can ftill find the song in the main library/

is there anyway that Beatunes "remember" that a spesific song was in a certain playlist and will keep it there also after relocating the songs beetween folders?

   Is this in Windows or Mac any what kind of filesystem do you use (NTFS, APFS, SMB, ...)?

   You’ll have to agree to a database rebuild to get beaTunes to work again. These kinds of things sometimes happen after unclean shutdowns.

   Hey there,

   Thanks for the logs.

   You are using an NTFS filesystem and - in theory - beaTunes should be able to handle small renames through synchronization (when using NTFS). But I believe there is something buggy and will look into and and provide a dev-snapshot as soon as possible with a fix.

   Hey Eyal,

   the issue should be fixed in 5.2.22. See also https://blog.beatunes.com/2021/05/update-beatunes-5222.html

   After installing 5.2.22 you need to run the synchronization at least once, before the fix takes effect.

   Please let me know, whether this indeed fixes the issue.

    I followed this tutorial to have multiple sources

    For some reason I cant find some songs there.

    also it didnt really work,

    Ive changed the location of the songs and the playlist got empty again
