won't analyze more than 19 tracks

I've followed the instructions to the letter but I cannot get (THE PAID VERSION) of beatunes to analyze more than 19 tracks... can you help at all? Or should I just ask for my money back?

    I have just answered your other (similar) question here.

    If things don't work out to your satisfaction, please do ask for your money back. For reference, here's our refund policy. But the bottom line is, just ask within a certain timeframe and I will issue the refund.
