Album Artwork Not Downloading from iTunes

   Up until recently( two weeks) when I purchased tracks in iTunes and analyzed the data in Beatunes the album artwork showed up - that’s no longer the case. The artwork does show up in my iTunes library so I know it’s part of the file.

   Just to clarify: the artwork does not show up in iTunes/Music or in beaTunes? I assume you are using MacOS 10.16 and the latest beaTunes version, right?

   Artwork not in beaTunes but, in iTunes. Yes on both Mac and beaTunes.

   Just because you keep on mentioning iTunes. Since you're on Big Sur, I assume you mean Music.app, right?

   For beaTunes to show the artwork from Music.app, you should not have to analyze the tracks. They should simply show up.

   1. Did anything change compared to two weeks ago?

   2. Are all tracks affected or only the ones you recently added?

   3. When you open View, View Options..., what is Show only full artwork set to (see attached screenshot)?

   Yes, music app. Nothing has changed. Only artwork on recently added. View option: show only full artwork checked.

   Reports tracks that Music.app has artwork for, but the image is not embedded into the file.

   Please uncheck that box in view options.

    Yes and thank you. Love the product. Nothing remotely comparable. “Albums” app for IOS is pretty kewl.
