    Hi Jed,

can you please send me your logs? They should be in ~/Library/Logs/beaTunes
If they don't exist, please start beaTunes again and check your system logs. Any related messages?

    Thanks,

    -hendrik

    Jed:

no problem. Please simply try to restart it...
You also might want to update to the latest version (2.1.3).

    Does that solve the issue?

You wrote in a different thread that you upgraded... did that solve the issue?

This program does not work at all. And now I am missing about 50 songs. How do I uninstall?

    hendrik-

i cannot find logs for beatunes. i restarted my computer, double clicked on beatunes. it started to bounce in the dock and then itunes started to bounce in the dock. it appears like a screen is about to load and then it all quits and beatunes is no longer in the dock. there is no warning message or anything.

    thanks,
    samkulok

Did you try the suggested solution?

PS: Logs are in ~/Library/Logs/beaTunes - the ~ stands for your home directory.

is there an uninstaller, or should i simply trash the application? and then, should i download it from a different source than my original email after purchase?

    thanks!

    Hi,

the log clearly shows that the problem can be solved by running beaTunes once as Administrator. Please try that.

    Thanks,
