MP3 Key-tag is not altered after Analyze (replace existing key)

Firstly I erase the original key-value inside the MP3-file with a tool like "MP3Tag" and save this MP3-file on disk.
Then I use the Analyze operation inside beaTunes on this track with the following options selected:
- Analyze key
- Replace existing key (!)
- Genre: EDM or Automatic
When I check the same MP3-file on disk again with "MP3Tag", the key-tag is still empty.
How can this be solved please? Am I missing an important step perhaps?

Note: I am using a folder-based library (no iTunes for me) and beaTunes v5.2.18.

    Hi David,

when the computed value matches the already existing value in the internal database, beaTunes does not rewrite the tag in order to increase efficiency. If you want the tag rewritten no matter what, please enable "Force overwriting..." in the beaTunes general preferences.

    Hope this helps,
