Hello,
I am moving to a new computer. I have a licence for an earlier version of the program (4). How can I install it on my computer. The licence is not valid for the latest version (5).
Let me know,

   Hi Joaquim,

   simply install v4 from https://www.beatunes.com/en/beatunes-download-old.html

   If you have already installed v5, you will need to run Tools -> Rebuild Database to create a database that is compatible with v4.

   Should v4 not start up at all, you need to delete the database. How that's done is described in http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/downgrade-from-beatunes... (ignore the step mentioning "Database Backup 4.x.y").

   Should you want to upgrade to v5 after all, discounted update licenses are available at https://www.beatunes.com/en/beatunes-buy.html
