old non-functioning ver

I have an older ver of beatunes which no longer works with ITUNES. Probably 2.1.5 Can't recall my previous email, but the license is: XXXX-NIZ9-4J0Z-ODMX

Can I upgrade at a discount

   It's difficult to get a hold of you over the phone. Is there an
   optimum time to call? I did try to put the order in and save the layout,
   but apparently cannot unless I check it out. I prefer not to make another
   purchase. You should be able to zoom into the pics I sent you are you
   unable to?

   I think we can make some headway if we discuss and work through this over
   the phone. Is that possible?
