I am trying beaTunes trial version for the first time and get this message and it stops.

    Hey Robert,

    that sucks. I honestly have no idea how that can happen and unfortunately don't have a fix for it. If you are really interested in the app, please consider purchasing a license. We have a very liberal refund policy.

    Sorry I cannot make you a better offer or provide a better solution.
