When we try to play a song it reads failed to open item drm protected content not supported. Then when I analyse, only selecting finger print and BPM, I got fail to decode track for every songs. This for Apple Music and not I tune. Could you please assist. Thank

Hey Tony,
I'm sure you know that any songs you rent from Apple through their Apple Music service is encrypted and can only be played or analyzed by Apple products, right? That's what I assume you run into here... Or are you trying to analyze tracks you actually bought and own?
Please see also https://blog.beatunes.com/2015/07/the-unfortunate-return-of-drm.html
If you only have rented music, please feel free to ask for a refund, should you be interested in one.
Cheers,
-hendrik

I am paying monthly Apple Music not to have to buy and store music. This is for Apple Music and when i look on the website, it did say it worked with Apple Music, which it cannot as you cannot buy music from apple music, but from I Tune.
My first ever doubts have been confirmed.
Thank you and i will delete the program.

beaTunes works with Apple's Music.app, but not the Apple Music service. No idea why they had to name it identically, it leads to all kinds of misunderstandings.
But yes: Apple on purpose cripples music files you download via Apple Music so that third party apps like beaTunes cannot analyze them. That's the sad truth.
