Synchronization will not work. Closed and restarted both Music app and beaTunes 5.2.6 and tried manually restarting the sync to no avail.

    Hi Jack,

Please reproduce the issue and then upload your logs via the application’s Help -> Upload Logs menu item.

    Thanks!

    Hey Jack,

not sure, if you've got my message from yesterday.

If you have a second, please reproduce the issue and then upload your logs via Help -> Upload Logs (with the beaTunes app). That way I can hopefully spot what's going wrong and come up with a solution!

Thank you and have a great weekend!

    Thanks, Jack.

It looks like something is messed up in your AppleScript environment. All AppleScripts called by beaTunes return -2147450879, an obscure error number.

Do you know enough about AppleScript to confirm whether it is working on your system at all?

    Cheers,

    Hey Jack,

please take a look at this and attempt to run the little script shown.

    What's the result?

    Thanks,
