Synchronization was aborted

When trying to synchronise iTunes I get an Error : Synchronization was aborted

1. If you experienced a crash or other abnormal behavior, please attach the log file '' by dragging it from your desktop onto the 'Attach File' button below.

    Please shut down both iTunes and beaTunes. Then start beaTunes and try to sync again using the Synchronize item from the File menu.

    As a general rule: Under Windows 10, let beaTunes start iTunes to ensure that communication between the two program works.
