    I'm using beaTunes 5.1.13 with iTunes, and Windows 10 version 1903.

    Hey Jack,

    I believe this is the same issue as in the discussion we had in July.

    Can you reproduce the issue when you restart your computer and then first start beaTunes? beaTunes should then automatically start iTunes and then synchronization should be possible. If that does not work, i.e. iTunes is not started by beaTunes, have you ever looked into method 1 from this article?
